Exhaust Hood Wall Mounted Double Plenum

• Fabricated from 20 swg 1.0 mm thick 304 Grade Stainless Steel Seamless welded Body construction
• The makeup air passes through the insulated supply plenum and is delivered along the internal front of the canopy and is also discharged through bottom perforations or Grills to induce comfort for the chef.
• This Jet stream will guide cooking fumes towards the baffle filter to enhance the capture and contaminant efficiency.
• Mechanised Baffle filters for high efficiency are fabricated entirely of SS 304 grade.
• Hood will have a 50 mm wide grease gutter running along the perimeter for oil collecting with easily removable grease tray.
• The filters 500 x 500 x 50 mm will be provided along the length of the hood with gaps between the filters closed.
• The filters will be easily removable & washable.
• Appropriate numbers of 600 Lux LED light fixtures with heat toughened glass.
• Wiring in heat proof conduits.
• S.S. Collar for Exhaust and Supply air.
• S.S. Mounting Brackets for easy installation.
• Provision for Fire Suppression System
